Fulfillment Policy

At MBRLY, our fulfillment process is centered on delivering high-impact, hands-on growth consulting services. As a fully embedded partner, we operate inside your business to execute across sales, marketing, and product functions.

Service Delivery

Once an engagement is confirmed and onboarding is complete, MBRLY begins execution within an agreed timeline. This includes:

  • Strategic Planning: Initial audit, strategy sessions, and roadmap creation.

  • Operational Execution: Deployment of MBRLY team members across functions.

  • Ongoing Optimization: Weekly check-ins, performance reporting, and iterative improvements.

All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise specified.

Project Start & Timeline

  • Start dates are confirmed after contract signing and initial payment.

  • Most engagements begin within 7–14 business days of confirmation.

  • Project timelines and milestones are defined in the Scope of Work (SOW).

Refund Policy

Due to the high-involvement and resource-intensive nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced. If an engagement is canceled prior to kickoff, a partial refund may be issued minus onboarding and allocation fees.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Work performed and committed team hours up to that point will be billed. Future scheduled work will be halted upon cancellation confirmation.

  • Ongoing deliverables (dashboards, reports, systems)

  • Live strategy and training calls

  • Documentation and handoffs at project conclusion

We maintain open lines of communication via email, Slack (if shared), and scheduled Zoom meetings. Our team responds within 1 business day always.
